These terms are application on all products offered by RebeccaPrinting LLC.
1 Pricing & Quotation
1.1 We do our best to keep our website up-to-date with most recent prices offered, Whereas all or some prices can change without prior notice.
1.2 All prices include Free Shipping to all destinations in USA & Canada Including Alaska & Hawaii (Excluding some volume based products such as boxes – Please confirm from our customer support team.
1.3 Custom Quotes are available 24/7 via email /Chat / Phone, A quote is valid for 30days and need to be re-confirmed thereafter.
1.4 All Taxes are included in the Quote
1.5 Pre-Press (Process, Plate, Die Cutting) prices are included in the quote, unless there are some exceptional requirements which may result in certain charges that are mentioned before they are charged.
2 Payment Terms
2.1 All Upfront Payment is required prior to production and / or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Acceptable payment Mode are ACH, Credit Card, PayPal
2.3 In case customer exceed our trading terms, We reserve the right to put a temporary hold on their order unless matter is resolved or agreed
3 Printing Material / Stock
3.1 Printing Material are subject to change By RebeccaPrinting based on stock availability or engineering / technical issues.
4 Design Preparation & Printing
4.1 Client must supply Press Ready file as per design preparation specification. RebeccaPrinting will not stand responsible for error incurred in artwork including error generated during file transfer etc, A JPEG or PDF version of proof is sent for approval before printing.
4.2 We are careful in reviewing your artwork before printing but it is hence customer’s responsibility to use correct layout and artwork before approving it. We cannot take responsibility of any changes in artwork after proof is approved and / or production has started.
4.3 Design file supplied is checked for errors but it is client’s responsibility to check proofing and ensure content placement is correct as per artwork.
4.4 Hard-copy sample supplied by customer can not be used for color matching reference.
4.5 Computer use RGB colors whereas CMYK or PMS coloring system is used for offset printing. Color shift can occur once RGB colors are converted to CMYK or PMS colors. Other than that there can be color shift based on textured card usage or with special effects like lamination, UV coating etc.
4.6 Even with the use of technically advanced equipment’s best possible color matching is used but still it can not be guaranteed. That can be due to many reasons such as color difference in how it appear on computer and on printout. Due to finishes or textured card stocks usage. Hence an acceptable variation level of (+/-5%) is agreed from print to print, between front & back, between material and from lot to lot.
4.7 In die cutting or final product cutting there is an acceptable variation level of (+/- 1~2 mm) from final proof.
4.8 All orders are delivered with at-least +10% additional quantity. Product quantity is counted with automatic machine counter. In-case of any unforeseen circumstances of less than ordered quantity. We can reprint short quantity or can refund the missing quantity amount.
4.9 Design creation, correction or conversion to press-ready file is free of cost but can take more time.
5 Shipping / Delivery
5.1 Client must provide valid street address with proper zip code to ensure delivery deadline is met without any problems. Valid details also include active phone number, email address for correspondence.
5.2 Our guaranteed delivery date is based on time and date we receive press-ready artwork. Once placing an order with not press-ready artwork it can cause delay in production and shipping. We dispatch your order same day production has completed.
5.3 Your order is sent with registered courier e.g. DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS , they all require recipient signatures on delivery, unless authorized. Any delay in shipping from third party due to any reason is not counted as our liability.
5.4 Lost of Damaged parcels during transit do not stand our responsibility. we therefore file a complaint for lost package with courier and go by their decision
5.5 We send your parcel in fully secure packing but still third party handling can not be guaranteed
5.6 RebeccaPrinting will not be responsible for delay in deliveries due to customer’s inability to provide correct address or to not have any one available to receive the parcel. In case customer authorize courier for leaving parcel at their door step. We shall not be responsible for misplaced / stolen / damaged parcel in any way.
5.7 Missed delivery due to any reasons may cause delay in package arrival and is not our responsibility
5.8 RebeccaPrinting will not be responsible for delay in printing, product delivery due to situations beyond control and/or have been delayed by the actions of the client. This includes Natural Disasters , Strike ; schedules holidays are not part of this
6 Returns and Refunds
6.1 Client must inform us about changes in order or design or change of mind case or order specification including size and quantity before proof approval for us to proceed with full or partial refund.
6.2 We offer Free designing / editing on order placement, We required at-least 50% order amount in-case customer wants to check hardcopy proof or need designing help. On proof approval production starts and deposit is non refundable at that stage.
6.3 Production & Printing
In case of cancellation after production has started. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders after pre-printing process has started.
6.4 50% fee applies to all orders if you plan to stop, cancel or change production, production process has already begun.
6.5 It is client’s responsibility to physically inspect parcel for any damages at the time of delivery. We should not be liable for any damages, shortage, mis-print, defects, or non-compliance with the specifications in the Agreement, unless You inform Us in writing with evidence within 5 days of delivery of the goods.
6.6 On acceptance of any damages, shortage, mis-print, defects, or non-compliance with the specifications in the Agreement We may at our discretion, respond, replace or reprint missing or defective goods.
6.7 Altered, damaged, sorted or used goods in any way will not be acceptable for return or refund.
7 Copyright Issues
7.1 It is client’s responsibility to have all necessary copy right, reproduction, publication rights or licensing for artwork, video, supplied.
7.2 RebeccaPrinting may use printed items / artwork for sampling or in promotional sampling.
8 Important Notice
8.1 In case you are not sure about any or all printing terminologies or have no or little knowledge about any product functioning ,material, finishes, sizes or effects and you have not contacted us to clarify or get guidance about process, material , looks, Then RebeccaPrinting will NOT take responsibility of your choice, or mis-matched specifications. We though have 24/7 customer care operational via Email, Phone and Chat support to help you answer any question of inquiry you have.
